The aroma is characterized by extraordinary notes of preserved olives, stewed strawberries, candied hawthorn berries, grilled herbs and sweet spices. Tangerine peel noticeable to some extent. Medium bodied wine with fresh acidity and smooth tannins. Exotic and spicy.

We recommend with: meat dishes, including poultry, as well as wild birds.
