Rating and tasting notes by James Suckling: 89 points / 100
Aromas of green apples, lemon peel, Italian fennel, stones and yogurt. Medium bodied wine with sharp acidity and medium bubbles. Crisp and expressive, yet subtle. Dry.
Adoria sparkling wine was produced using the traditional method – it was aged in bottles for 9 months, undergoing a second fermentation.
We recommend with: aperitif. Perfect as an appetizer support – it likes the company of fish, seafood, salads, white meat (cold), delicate pâtés and vegetables – in particular asparagus.
Wine produced and bottled in Poland.
