Pet-Nat or petillant naturel (“natural sparkling”) is a wine produced using the so-called “half traditional method”, bottled before the end of fermentation. Pet-Nat is cloudy, unfiltered, without any added preservatives. Shake lightly and enjoy the aroma and juiciness of it. We recommend it as an aperitif, with pizza,  cheeseburgers , Spanish tapas, Caesar salad and sushi. Wine produced and bottled in Poland.  Our office manager, Pani Joanna, is a hipster and she loves it!
